Your e-mail MUST be on the form in order for us to reply to you directly. When you are finished, just click the submit button.

REMEMBER: DO NOT send money until the order form is verified with a quote and shipping/handling fees. Prices on the site DO NOT include shipping/handling.

In order to keep our shipping/handling costs low, rates vary according to the weight of each shipment and are shipped USPS medial mail. Therefore, a standard shipping chart is not available. We individually weigh each order to obtain the lowest cost possible.
