We suggest insuring your orders. If you are interested, please ask us about insurance & we will add cost.

We ship USPS Media mail.  If you want Priority Mail rates or any other rate, please let us know & we will quote that rate. (You will need to provide the zip code for any other rate.)

To order out materials, simply fill out the order form below. Make sure you fill out the contact information at the bottom (including your e-mail and mailing address).  When you are finished, just click the submit button near the bottom, and this form will be e-mailed to us directly.

STOP!  Your e-mail address will not show up for us to reply to you, unless you have filled it in on the order form below!

Remember: Do NOT send money until the order form is verified with a quote including shipping!

Rates vary according to the weight of each shipment and are shipped US Postal Service/media mail.  To keep our shipping cost low, we do not have a standard shipping chart.  We individually weigh each order to obtain       the lowest cost possible for you.

Policies:

  •  The total of your order must be verified before you send your payment.  Please call or e-mail to verify, or we will call or e-mail you back, once we receive your online order.

  •  Orders will not be filled or shipped until payment has arrived.

  • Credit card purchase minimum of $5.00  Discover will only be accepted July-Sept

  •  Refunds: NO refunds for NEW Special Orders unless it was defective or the wrong item sent.  If item is defective or the wrong item was sent, returns MUST be postmarked within 2 weeks of date of reception.  Used books can be returned if postmarked within 2 weeks of date of receipt.

  •  A 10% restocking fee will be assessed based upon the cost of the purchased items.  Postage will no be refunded.

  •  All computer software sales are final!  NO REFUNDS! NO EXCHANGES!  Check computer version before purchase -- most CD ROM's are older editions and do not work on ME or XP software.  Most work on Windows 95 or 98.  Double check for Mac compatability.

  •  Due to BJU's 2003 policy change for retailers, NO discounts are allowed to costumers from retailers for purchase of new Bob Jones materials.  Therefore there is a special shipping policy for BJU orders only.

                        1)  If purchase is over $50 of NEW BJU material, shipping is FREE

                        2)  If purchase is under $50, then normal shipping is applied

                        3)  If purchasing mix of NEW and USED book, and purchase is at least $50, ONLY NEW material

                             receives FREE shipping
